The Eye & Dental coverage is great, but the health coverage needs work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have had the pleasure of seeing things from both sides. I started my career at a location with 120 employees, and have recently taken a promotion to work at a location with 30 employees. I can honestly both locations had the same small family feel.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While we are a large corporation, it feels like a family owned business. I have been fortunate enough to work with BFS employees that live all over the country, but the strong relationship I have built with them feels like they are right down the hall. Even if they don't live in the region.
