Everyone seems to get along and they appear to genuinely enjoy being here.

They all try very hard to meet expectations and are receptive to feedback and coaching.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the transition, the workload has increased significantly yet the pay hasn't changed for some while others with a significantly smaller additional workload got increases to compensate for the added load.
