Good company overall and benefits are good. Management takes care of us overall however, they need to enforce employees to do their job. Fire none workers that want pull the fair share of work and hire employees who want to work. Trim the dead weight.

The morning safe meeting and briefing.

Friendly down to earth and has a open door policy so you can communicate to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter how busy or what the challenges are we always seems to get the job done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to preform the job description they were hired for. Pull there fair share of the workload. Learn the job at hand and do it to the best of their ability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a senior employee with years experience and skills sets over my peers/co-workers. On both sides some of my peers and co-workers make more. It would make me feel better if the company would close the pay gaps of older employee years of service and newer employees higher starting pay.
