Consistently having work to do, and getting to interact with my coworkers in order to accomplish our goals.

I like that I can always depend on my management to provide the knowledge and resources to complete any task I might lack confidence in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our location stays consistent with coworkers and customers coming through all day; there's not an interaction that doesn't include a friendly smile and a wave, or sometimes a high-five or fist-bump! The overall mood is happy and welcoming on a daily basis.
