What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
not a lot of teamwork at the end of the day we all work for the same company. It would be beneficial for all of us to work together..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I will say the manager I report too is very easy to work with. He understands if I need to leave early one day and let me make up the next day if need be,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our health benefits are terrible. If we are a self paid insurance and BFS pays nothing towards it, then why does BFS carry so many exclusions not to be covered per BFS not BCBS
