I started out as inside sales. I asked for more tasks and became more involved which in a short amount of time I was able to advance within the company.

Completing tasks and goals. Also, EVERYDAY I learn something new; I LOVE THAT!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a new acquisition, we have been unable to compensate team members with pay raises. It is beyond time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We lead as a team! It is not one person's thoughts or ideas; everyone is able to express themselves and be included.
