When I'm able to make a difference. If it's to increase efficiency or make a space more workable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The inventory control person I work with is exceptional at his job. There a handful of true gems that I work with. Hardworking, intelligent and genuinely nice people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy my daily workspace. I am in an office setting with 1 other coworker. Other coworkers come and go often but it's a quiet space where I'm not distracted and able to complete my work efficiently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My GM is very understanding of my roll as a single mom. He needs to work on his communication sharing the company vision and sharing the day to day happenings within our location. Our AGM has only been with us a short time. He is knowable, personable, easy to work with and efficient.
