I would have to say overall it has been a great experience. Even though I don't see any advancement for myself, I do encourage others to move forward. People trust me and call me for help, that is probably one of the most rewarding things I can say for myself.

As the only woman, you are not included in some areas of the job. Feel less of a team member.
