Doing what I love, and being able and trusted to do my job. It is a great feeling when your experience and expertise are respected and trusted

My salary is very competitive for my position, experience and location. They also pay for my training to better my skills, which benefit myself, as well as the company

They value members of their team and take the time to listen to not only the positive, but also the negative to try to make this a great company to work for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the teams are starting to foster an inter-departmental bond that I am hoping will grow with the other departments over time to continue the teamwork and aide in us all working toward a common goal
What makes you most happy at work?
When teams can work in sync with each other, positively and reach a business goal or project goal efficiently and/or effectively. Sometimes its not always as it was originally planned, but because everyone worked together it succeeds
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor supports and values my SME, and opinions. My CISO does a very good job in communicating with me about my future and growth opportunities. My CIO values my SME and concerns and actions on them.
