I think that I am treated and paid fairly as an employee of BFS. Leadership opportunities and programs could have more availability but I feel like that's where we can improve and in my opinion if your not improving or have room for improvement, then you're failing.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been a great experience so far. I would like opportunities for more one and one training but it's so fast paced it's hard to get that with an actual person and not just a training video.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very personable and communicate with their staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very collaborative, always willing to help others and train others as necessary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You see the benefits of your hard work throughout the year if you're profitable enough to get the field bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leaders trust what you are supposed to be doing and do not hover. It's a good work/ life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that even though we might not have programs set in place locally.. we have them companywide. (Such as the WEBUILD program)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we get offered a compensation package. Some companies do not get it offered to them so even having one is a plus to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like we're able to produce results and I like visualization, so when I can see something on paper it makes me more excited about improving even more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only are they here to do their job, but they also show that they care about you as a person and make sure your feelings are being heard and are valid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majorly of them are team players and are willingly to help out anywhere they can so that the whole organziation is successful. A lot of them are selfless and it's really nice to see this day in age.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I feel needed. No matter what's going on that day I'm usually needed in one department or another. Some would call that overwhelming, but not for me, I like to have job security and know that I'm needed/ wanted.
