Overall I have been challenged and mentored. I have learned alot and have also taught people alot. I have been very well received and appreciate that every day. I am happy that we put improvement and safety at the top of our list to succeed

I am excited to receive a bonus. Insurance is good But I dont think it should be based on pay scale
