Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hiring wages must be posted & they start at a higher wage then what I make. I make 50 cents an hour more than a new hire on my team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager is inconsistent. creates rules that apply to the team but not to themselves. My manager does not have meetings with the team at all, with the exception of yearly reviews which they wait to the last minute to go over. not enough room to explain.
