There is a level of authenticity in our team that lets me be my best self and do my best work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is intention and action towards inclusivity. It's not just talk or a poster on the wall. The quite voices are being given opportunities to be heard on many different mediums.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team understands that the people are what actually drive the business, and because of that understanding they show their commitment to us by engaging wit us, working next to us and allowing us to be the best that we can be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of companies work hard to keep Health benefits down, and so does ours, but they add so many more little benefits through Bene place and the like. I also like the way the responsible time off works, it feels like there is a mutual respect between us. That feels good.
