The work environment is very poor: from employee attitudes to pay to workplace (health, safety, cleanliness, etc.)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company states pay is based on experience and knowledge; however it is blatantly obvious to employees and customers that there is a very large inequality based off gender. The manager also does not give raises based off individual employees. Regardless of how well or poor an employee does, eve
