Great environment to work, coworkers & customers are fantastic & have made many life long connections. There's not much room for advancement here for a female in this area. Thyer are very flexible with what is needed if you have things going on and with your schedule.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The way most will step up to help without even asking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love all of my coworkers; it does make it hard begin the only female no that they are not replacing our admin.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing specific, I do more than I was hired to do. Step up when I know we're short staffed and we need help. Being in my position, there isn't any perks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are short staffed often, as Im sure most are. Our yard/assistant manager steps up often to help where he's needed, whether it's at the counter, delivering, unloading trucks etc. We have two salespeople here, they do great with helping back each other as needed.
