The company has improved vastly in the last few years. It is much more employee focused now. Our benefits/healthcare is very poor though. We do not get enough vacation time and are discouraged from taking vacations.
What makes you most happy at work?
My compensation plan is well above industry standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The company culture in Dallas has grown exponentially in the last few years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an outside sales rep, we are paid very well for the work we put in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At a local level our managers really care about us as people. Sending flowers, cakes, throwing parties for individuals' special occasions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to actually care about employee's growth. Executives seem to be invested in the company and not just using BFS as a step to a bigger/better company.
