What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together well as a team in general. We can ask each other questions and can rely on each other for additional assistance if needed. We also laugh together and have pretty easy going and fun personalities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The constant communication about changes within the company and how the company is doing overall. They are transparent even if the result isn't a positive change. They are committed to developing younger generations to help succeed as their previous mentors/leaders have.
