The leadership team in our market is comprised of the best individuals from this market, an all-star team of talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people with talent and tons of industry experience that no one in our market can compare to. We have true experts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a lot of money. I am straight commissioned and that is what motivates me and what I find rewarding for the time and effort I put forth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. I am never more than a phone call or email away from getting expert help with any issues that arise on any of the product categories I sell.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Capped commissions are not motivating, especially when I am expected to exceed that cap. Large accounts cut in half too. No cap and full commissions on all my accounts would make me feel a lot better.
