Since day one I could tell that BFS was a great company to work for because of the people that when I first walked the yard I could see how friendly and calm they were. My manager was also a great fit for the job plus the people really liked working with him.

I think that we focus on the customers need and customers feedback way better than some other companies out there that I have worked with.

We seem to get things done even thou sometimes we do not have all the tools we need to push through, but in the end, we get it done not matter what.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming in to handle projects that my customers had previously quoted or worked with me or a new customer that comes in and I am able to get what they were looking for and complete their jobs on a very timely manner.
