I feel like the company has taken care of benefits well. I don't feel that the company cares about the workers as much as they should. If I want to advance my career, I'll have to pick up and move to another state. Thats frustrating.

What makes you most happy at work?
Success makes me happy. I like a challenge and succeeding at one is fulfilling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My GM is great. He cares about us and does his best to train us up to perform and be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that upper management is more concerned with pleasing shareholders than providing us people that make the company function the tools needed to be successful. I don't think that BFS understands or cares how expensive it is to live in my area.
