I have been with the company for 30 years and have moved up from pushing a broom in the yard to an area business manager. I was given the opportunity to work in almost every field we have like load building, delivery driver, contract sales, shipping, inside sales, and general manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They promote a 1 team / family environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Trust in my team and freedom from my supervisor to do my job without being micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Longevity. Most of my team has been here a long time. This helps with production and healthy work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety. BFS ensures we have every PPE and procedures to work safely and that we all go home as we came in at the end of the day.
