We operate almost as a family, we spend as much time with each other as we do with our families.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are all close, we look out for each other, help cover if someone needs help anyone will jump in and do what they can to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to see my employees grow and be successful in business. Also, I am able to see Contractors do the same, with doing this for so long some have moved on to retirement. I am able to see the next generation of contractors start out pretty green and the next thing you know they are successful.
