Everyone works together and is very helpful with each other, people are always volunteering to help when someone's workload is heavy.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work pace is fast but not overwhelming and I enjoy the tasks I do. They are engaging but not too difficult to manage on my own.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a positive but realistic attitude, we can joke about frustrating things without getting negative, and everyone chips in when needed so I never feel too overwhelmed.
