Comradery and positivity is great. We all have the common goal(s) in mind.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking with all of the different people throughout the building process. Customers & coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication & clarity of expectations from our entire team, along with what to expect in the future. I feel that we are a very proactive team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love all of the tools & resources available to me. Mental health has been a huge topic of discussion with past employers, and I think BFS has wonderful resources regarding this topic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, communication is huge, and I feel like we do this well for the most part. There's always a person or 2 at any job that can be difficult at times, Overall, we all work well together.
