Having been with the company for just over 20 years I have had the opportunity to work with some great and some not so great people. The not so great ones always seemed to have everyone fooled. I am glad there have been more of the Great than the not so great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they back us up when there is an issue that is mistakenly blamed on us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping someone understand a how to handle a problem with out my assistance. Seeing them do well in the job I helped train them for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with directly all have good attitudes. They are young (mostly) and are eager to learn. The few veterans I work with are reliable and easy to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been on a bonus structure that rewarded me when our plant performed well. Now with changes that have been made in my area I have no Idea if I still have a bonus incentive and if I do how it is measured.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The one thing that has kept me with this company is the people I work with every day at our plant. The majority of us have been together for a dozen years or more. We are comfortable with each other and we work together well.
