I came from a competitor who had a very toxic environment. The pay was better but the work environment here makes it worth the hit. I hope to get some raises to help bring me up to scale

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My hourly rate is not much more than a fast food worker. I do make commission, but if I didn't, I couldn't afford to work here. It would be a very desirable position if the rate was 3-4 $ an hr more
