Overall, I've been happy with my experience here. I wish the pay was better, so I didn't feel the stress of everyday life bleeding into work.

We operate as a team and feels like family.

I enjoy working with team members who have the same work ethic. There are some who shouldn't be working with people at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of us have the same sense of humor and are able to joke around when things stressful to help lighten up the mood.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the opportunity to make more money does not exist and the budget goals are unattainable for someone new to the industry. I don't feel like my efforts are recognized or rewarded.
