Work is very slow right now and our hours have been cut. I hope this is just temporary and that things will pick up after the 1st of the year. I like the benefits, including Perks at work, the casual dress code. I think communication improvements would help things run smoothly.

Better communication be more clear and concise
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve on overall communication with better practices
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again communication. Perhaps having monthly meeting within the office and more morale boosting. Also some positive encouragement instead of always focusing on the negative.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale seems low and I hear people complaining a lot. I am not sure if other people are unhappy with their jobs or just unhappy. Work is very slow and that seems to be causing stress
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our hours have been cut. We have not been able to get overtime in a long time. I have been trying to get a part time job just to make ends meet because the cost of living is very high
