Overall, I consider it the best place I have ever worked. However, after the way I was treated this year, I am not as happy with the new top management.

I work at home and I know my job well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and have no competition issues. Out entire team is GREAT!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is positive I have no idea about the rest of the company. I work from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long time employee who was downgraded when a management change happened. I did not deserve that. I was told I got a raise as an exempt employee and then ended up getting a $5 an hour decrease. I have so much experience and am well known as being a valuable employee all over the USA
