I like that I feel I can trust the leadership with decisions that are the best for the company and me as an individual.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the attitudes of some members of my team. When an issue arises, they concentrate on how to fix it rather than proving they didn't cause it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on a variety of projects. Even though I have done this job for over a decade. I learn at least one new thing every week.
