When I get everything finished for the day, I can relax and start thinking about what I can do for tomorrow.

We want everyone to do a good job plus we want everyone to enjoy what they do and get help when they need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think if you stay at a job for a long time you make this. If they hired a new person to do your job they would make more. I think that is just the way things are everywhere.
