I like helping employees and customers. I do not like employees that are allowed to be lazy and unhelpful and drain the company.

I think our company wants good morale at the store.

Some of the employees are good to interact with and work hard to help this business succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly vs salary benefits differ greatly, giving a lot of room for taking advantage of. Insurance company changes which I don't believe was in our best interest. Employees coming in make the same as someone who has been here for many years.
