BFS is a good company, we are on the verge of great, the next year or two will determine if we will be good or great. I think we are headed towards great, but we have some challenges we need to overcome. Overall BFS is a fun place to work and a place I plan to retire from.

We work hard, We work together, we have common purpose.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the leadership they provide and the direction they have provided up to this point.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a get it done culture, I enjoy getting the work done and helping others do the same.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is good and fair. I like getting a bonus, but being an FCS team member I often don't know where my bonus will end up. I also really enjoy receiving stocks as part of my compensation.
