Everyone is here to help one another, extremely friendly and out going with any questions I might have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part as of now isn't the compensation package, I would have to say the importance of work life balance I have experienced thus far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a current multi business owner, I understand the importance of leadership and culture. As of now all expectations has been met and has been an enjoyable experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work it's self makes me happy, I enjoy learning or re-learning our industry. Digging into the percentages and flow has been the most exciting for me. I also love BFS engagement with online training and information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is extremely important to me! I had worked with many of these individuals in the past when it was a different company 20 years ago. Before coming on board I asked everyone I knew along with competitors of BFS, all had very positive things to say.
