While working here is a good stable job, pay increases are few and far between. Yearly pay increases according to the market are far too slow and inconsistent with how volatile the market is.

Communication in a clear way, and not with corpo jargon.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mainly with pay, I've been working here for almost 9 years, and I still get paid around the poverty line. Better pay for unprecedented times is needed and necessary for all employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is communicative and clear on what needs to be done. We also work together to make sure jobs get done when any one of us is away for vacation or sick time.
