Information is very vague regarding my future here, it doesn't seem like anyone has any answers as to where my career is heading here. There is no direct path to career advancement, and the pay is overwhelmingly low with constant push back at achieving overtime. it's quite discouraging.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current pay does not even meet cost of living for my area. I brought home 33k after taxes last year rather dismal compared to cost of living, an exit strategy has been set in motion
