They are hands on and I can see that they care about the people and what we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I make a difference. I love to drive around and see Builders FirstSource house wrap on new homes and knowing I had a part in that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance is great and I love that there is a sliding scale which makes it to where the less you make then the less you pay on your end for insurance.
