What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the office staff are laid back and will do anything to help out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others back. They have an "open door" policy and are very approachable and care about the work they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't seem to micromanage myself and my team. They give me enough space to think for myself and know that we both have the same goals in mind
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid 100% commission, so when we are busy it's a good thing, but when we aren't as busy it can be challenging. The 401K program has a nice match and responsible time off works great with my schedule.
