I have a positive experience, the mix of giant corporation and small business feel is a great balance. sometimes that does create obstacles, but not too often.

The interaction with my coworkers and the customers. Learning new things about the lumber industry.

we have a very diverse group of people and everyone is able to work together in a positive manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most everyone is positive and kind. We are able to work as a team and still have fun together doing so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance, retirement plan and supplemental options are great. I think there is some room for improvement on bonus' and wages, mainly due to the area we live in. cost of living is much higher than most places.
