The past 3 months since starting in October 2025, I have truly enjoyed the work, the diversity, my fellow employees, the teamwork, and the physical part of the job. I like that the senior employees are always there to mentor regardless a person is new team member or been in the company for years.

We help each other take care of prioritizing the customer's need and working as a team.

It's not boring. I like to believe that I'm helping the population with building materials to make their dream home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
None. Didn't take any benefits from the organization. Requested for a higher pay or more vacation days in lieu of but there was not even a negotiation discussed. It was denied immediately.
