What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is family orientated, while my family may not work for BFS that have been included in the BFS family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The longevity of time spent on achieving the same goals. While onboarding new hires passing down the same information maintaining continuity.
What makes you most happy at work?
Overcoming the daily challenges, which seem to differ each day. However not having to do it alone, having an amazing group of individuals supporting the common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the market level, appreciate the open line of communication that has existed since day one of my employment. Forward thinking and forecasting of market changes, and the best way to strategically capitalize.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With the amount of time that we spend with each other, and in most cases is more than we do with our families. It's pretty awesome to have a cohesive team/unit to execute the same common goal.
