My department is really new, and I would say that change has been the hardest part since my arrival. Leadership is open to changes but some of the employees that have been here a long period of time are reluctant. We are changing things extremely slow, so we don't upset the apple cart.

Being the first one in the building and building my team.

They give us clear goals, solid direction, and let us know exactly what they expect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is for the most part good with making changes and openly listen my suggestions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very diverse. They all have very strong backgrounds in customer service and product knowledge. I love teaching them processes I have used for years and being open to structured collaboration to fine tune my processes so they work for the entire team.
