I used to work for ProBuild which was bought by BFS and came back to the company over a year ago in a different capacity. The experience has been great and I have reconnected with people that I worked with previously. At this stage of my career, it's a good fit as I get closer to retirement.

They are good at communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remote so my interactions are limited. When I do have to interact, everyone is friendly and helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I work remote is much less stressful than being in an office and interacting with multiple people throughout the day.
