I feek very confident in what i do and have no feeling of being undervalued.
What makes you most happy at work?
The atore environment is extremely positive and fun. We love the personel relationships with our customers. It feels very welcoming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very clear communication between the team before decisions are made. Assignments are made very clear and everything is done as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone watches out dor each other and we have a great sense of humor about us and no one degrades those they work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our store culture is very positive and we are always finding ways to help all feel valued and succed in growing there future with the company. We always have challenges that we enjoy.
