Within the one year I've worked at this company, I've discovered a million different career paths I could transition into if I ever feel ready to move onto another challenge. I look forward to gaining more experience and knowledge so that I can pivot into another role that pays more. Happy for now.

Consistent communication via emails, in-person team meetings, and teams calls.
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy to get my work done in my own way and on my own time, but with enough resources and communication available to lean on others when I get stuck or confused.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how people who work at this company normally stay until they retire. It's cool to hear about everyone's different career paths and how they evolve into so many different directions within one company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is lower than someone with my qualifications should be making, the raises are so tiny they are barely even noticeable, and you must wait a full year to get a raise, regardless of circumstances or progress made over the first few months. VERY frustrating because that locks you into low pay.
