it was that people truly count and how we took care of the customers. Now it feels like operations is far more important
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the vehicle reimbursements program is severely lacking. Competitor are offering double to monthly allotment and much better milage. Also, basing this off a mid-sized SUV is wrong. Any good lumber/door salesman should be driving a truck. Company trucks were the best option for customer service.
