I like the challenges in the work I do. Kind of piss poor that my supervisor/manager doesn't know how to do the work with the program we use

Work is work, what's to be excited about? We all work remotely so no human contact
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We build homes that we can't afford to buy, rent, nor lease. I hate it when Peter makes statements like that
