I just think that the people doing the work and not management should be asked what would work best for them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My managers and the people on my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there when we need them, my managers anyway
What are some of the best things about your team?
They aren't afraid to ask questions if they don't know an answer. We bounce ideas and thoughts between us at times to try and come to a conclusion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of experience in my field and I am getting paid like I was new and just learning. I feel that I should be making more due to everything I have to contribute to the company and my team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Every time a new system is introduced, it doesn't seem like it had been tested thoroughly. There aren't answers for items that should have been looked at before things are rolled out. It doesn't seem like management feels they should ask the actual users what is important for us to get the job don
