My coworkers, and the challenge and creativity of my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a lot of experience in the business. If someone doesn't know something, another one of us probably will. Good sense of humor and we have fun together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a 21 year old and a 23 year old. They're both making almost as much money as I am after being in my job for 30 years. Bigger raises are needed to keep up with the increase in minimum wage. The flexibility and no weekends make up for the pay.
