I really do enjoy working here. I wish my career path was a little more defined and the goals that were presented to me at the beginning of the year were more in lined with what I am doing. I also wish that some of the goals were followed through on the manager side of things so that I can advise.

I believe they genuinely care about me as a person.

Again, it feels like we are family for the most part.

The people I work with keep it fun and for the most part everyone gets along.

Its truly feels like a family around here and for the most part everyone cares about what they do here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I truly feel that I have come in during the first year and have proven that value to the company. I have taken on multiple projects and completed them with satisfactory results. I have taken on more responsibility and roles here.
